Caryn Larrinaga is an internationally best-selling mystery and horror author whose chief obsessions are ghosts, cats, and Basque folklore. In addition to novels and short stories, Caryn has written for tabletop RPGs, podcasts, and newspapers. She’s known for eerie fiction steeped in creeping dread, and her work has earned numerous honors, including the Cat Writers Association Muse Medallion. In 2021, she was named Writer of the Year by the League of Utah Writers. When she isn’t writing, she’s catering to her feline overlords and navigating life with epilepsy (because even her neurons enjoy a good plot twist).
