Jahanara Saleh was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, and came to the United States to pursue a film career. She is an award-winning writer, director, and producer with a unique approach to narrative filmmaking. Her films have screened at festivals internationally, and she has contributed to major television networks. She is developing new fi lm and television projects and serves as an assistant professor of fi lmmaking at Southern Utah University.
